Beyond Basketball was a great experience for our son, as his first exposure to the sport.
Coach Wee Yong catered his style accordingly and was very encouraging, while our son learned the basics. Coach Wee Yong also has an innate ability to resonate with kids, which allowed our son to quickly bond with him, further strengthening his interest in learning - he was always looking forward to his next class.
Coach Wee Yong’s excellent coaching skills, coupled with the one on one setting offered the perfect platform for our son to pick up the game quickly, with solid fundamentals.
We strongly recommend Beyond Basketball and will surely plan to do it when we are in Singapore next. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Beyond Basketball Academy has been amazing for my 2 boys. The coaches are incredibly patient and really understand how to work with kids, making each session something they genuinely look forward to.
What I appreciate most is the balance they bring—there’s a strong focus on technique and discipline, but it never feels too strict or overwhelming. The classes are always fun and engaging, which keeps the kids motivated while still learning the fundamentals properly.
Highly recommend for any parent looking for a program that builds skills and confidence while making the experience enjoyable!

Beyond Basketball Academy SG has been great for my boy. Coach G really takes care of the kids and makes the sessions fun and engaging. He’s flexible with training locations and has built a strong rapport with them. On occasion he even includes my son’s two sisters, which has helped spark their love for the game too. Highly recommend it if you’re looking for a supportive and positive basketball program.

Coach Jaden has been absolutely amazing with our boys (4 and 6 years old). We actually did a couple of trials with some popular names in basketball coaching before this, and we are just so glad that we found Beyond Basketball Academy SG!
Coach Jaden is incredibly patient, engaging, and knows exactly how to connect with young children. At this age, attention spans can be short, but he always manages to refocus them back on the court seamlessly through structured basketball drills and fun games that build their dribbling skills and body conditioning.
What we appreciate most is how he balances foundational training with enjoyment. Both our boys genuinely look forward to his lessons every week, which says a lot! We also truly like their coaching philosophy. The debrief after each session is a thoughtful touch where it helps the kids reflect, understand the sport better, and learn about proper sportsmanship and values beyond just playing basketball.
